Q: Are your minifigures compatible with major building block brands?
Yes, all of our minifigures are fully compatible with major brick-building systems.

Q: Are the minifigures new or used?
All minifigures are brand new and individually sealed in bags.

Q: What material are the minifigures made of?
They are made of ABS plastic, the standard material used for high-quality building toys.


Safety & Compliance

Q: Are your minifigures safe for children?
Minifigures contain small parts and may present a choking hazard. They are not recommended for children under 8 years old.


Ordering & Shipping

Q: How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 3-4 business days. Delivery times depend on USPS as well as weekends and holidays.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently don’t offer international shipping at this time.

Q: Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Q: Do you offer shipping insurance for my package if it gets lost or stolen?

We don’t offer insurance but do offer USPS Signature Require. This would ensure that your package is left with someone at the delivery address. For more information, please see our shipping policy.


Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
Unused items in original sealed condition may be returned within 14 days. Contact us for a return authorization.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?
If anything arrives broken, missing items, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we will replace or fix the issue. Please see our terms and conditions for more information.
