Shipping Terms & Conditions

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3-4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • Processing time may be extended during high-volume periods. If delays occur, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Methods

  • We offer USPS Ground Advantage for all standard shipping. With the customer option of adding a signature require for additional fee.
  • Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
  • Elliot’s Custom Mini-Figures LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or incorrect addresses.

Tracking Information

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to begin showing updates.

Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
  • We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If an order is returned to us due to address issues, the buyer is responsible for reshipment costs.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Elliot’s Custom Mini-Figures LLC is not responsible for theft or loss.
  • If a package is lost in transit (not delivered), we will assist in filing a claim and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the carrier’s investigation.
  • For damaged items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product, and we will replace or resolve the issue.
  • We offer a signature require for an additional charge. It’s a good idea when ordering a large order. We recommend this any time an order is over 50.00 or more. This ensures that your package is handed to someone at the delivery address.

International Shipping

·       We currently do not ship internationally.


Order Changes or Cancellations

  • Orders may only be changed or canceled before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes cannot be made.

Returns for Shipped Orders

  • Returned items must follow our Return Policy.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was our mistake (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Shipping During Sales or Promotions

  • Shipping times may be longer during sales, holidays, or promotional events.
  • Free shipping promotions apply only to qualifying orders and shipping locations as stated in the offer.
