Return & Refund Policy

14-Day Return Window

We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging (if applicable)

Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.


How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us through our Contact page or email us with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return
  • Reason for return

We will reply with return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number.


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (incorrect item, missing item, damaged on arrival), we cover the return shipping.
  • For all other returns (change of mind, no longer needed, etc.), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the product and packaging

We will replace the damaged item or issue a refund—whichever you prefer.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance or final-sale items

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days
  • Refunds are applied to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return was due to our error

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect items
  • Defective items

If you want to swap an item for a different product, you may be asked to return the original item first.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier are considered complete.
We cannot refund or replace orders that are stolen after delivery.
For transit-lost packages (never delivered), we will assist in filing a claim and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the carrier’s investigation.


Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they ship.
Once the package has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
